Position: Headmaster of an international kindergarten
Location: Beijing
Salary: 30-35k, bonus 5-10k per month, annual bonus 20k
Contract: 1 year
Probation: 1 month （salary is 80% during probation）
Working Time: Mon-Fri. 8.00am-6.00pm
Job description.
Overall responsible for the management of the International Campus, including the following aspects:
(1) According to the headquarters development strategy, formulate the annual, semester and monthly work plans of the International Kindergarten, and promote the healthy and steady development of the International Kindergarten;
(2) Implementing the laws and regulations of the state, establishing parks in accordance with the law, and improving the reputation and popularity of parks;
(3) To formulate enrollment plans and plans according to the budget, and organize and realize the enrollment targets;
(4) being responsible for the team building of the kindergarten, including the making of post establishment plan, recruitment, cultivation, reserve and assessment;
5. Be responsible for planning, organizing, guiding and inspecting the daily management work of the kindergarten, and ensure that all the work and objectives are achieved;
6. Overall responsibility for curriculum development, selection of teaching materials, teaching plans and seminars;
7. maintain friendly communication with parents and provide professional advice and services for parents;
8. Responsible for providing a healthy and safe environment for children and staff.
