Looking for a bilingual assistant who can speak English and Chinese and make simple translations. Main location is right next to Renmin University . Your responsibilities will include short translations such as event posters and articles, contacting Chinese clients on behalf of the CEO, research, purchasing of items, dealing with Chinese clients, Keeping minutes in English (Transcribing) , mostly office management and anything else the CEO needs of you. Normal office hours 9am to 5pm.
This position is for Chinese but foreigners can apply for internships. Unfortunately we cannot sponsor visas for foreigners but we are able to hire inters if you receive approval from your university.
Our company was founded in 2008 and deals in consulting in various forms. Currently we have two offices this post is for the office that deals with cultural consulting for individuals who will live abroad for the first time.
We have three office positions available our most senior position is office Manager our previous manager has been with us since day 1 but is retiring and will do the training for any new managers. The two other positions are assistants and both have the potential for a promotion to manager after a 2 year contract and good service.
Salary range for assistants 6,000 rmb to 10,000 rmb per month
