Responsibilities
• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
• Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
Requirements
• A Native English speaker with a bachelor’s degree in any major plus TEFL/TESOL certificate of not less than 120 hours or CELTA teaching. MUST have a passport from America, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, or the UK.
• Must be between 22-55 years old and able to perform all kinds of activities with students (jumping, walking, gesturing, standing for entire classes, etc.) Special teaching skills such as dancing, singing, art, music, or abilities to teach AP level classes will increase your pay!

• Proven experience as a teacher
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures
• Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and committed
• Creative and energetic
• Strong moral values and discipline
Working hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Working Days per Week: 5 days Monday to Friday
Duration of Each Class: 45 minutes – 1 hour
Students: adults, teenagers or children
Contract Length: 12 months with renewable contract
Location: South China China
Salary: 14,000 - 26,000 CNY monthly (approx. £1,600 - £2,800) (2,000 – 3,750 USD) - Based on qualification and experience
