...Seeking Full-Time Kindergarten English Teacher Near Hujialou Station on Line 10
position : Full-time Kindergarten English teacher
Location : hujialou station on line 10
start : March ,2019
Main Responsibilities:
-40 working hours per week
-Student ages: 1.5-5 years old
-Monday to Friday Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm (weekends off)
-Lead the class, give necessary support/mentoring to team members in his/her class, give his/her students education equally base on their needs, execute play-based learning principle.
-Create/prepare teaching materials base on the curriculum plan, manage budgets on classroom teaching materials of his/her own class.
-Maintain a good environment of his/her classroom with professional/respectful manner, including academic atmosphere, student discipline management, activities organization
-Coordinate with the Campus Director, Academic Lead to establish academic tasks and enrich new teaching skills, strategies.
-Join the company development events, campus marketing events, Demon classes etc. to help the company to expend its brand value.
-Join company training in order to improve his/her teaching skills.
-Greet students and parents, maintain a positive and constructive relationship with parents and the public.
-Be flexible to ad-hoc responsibilities.
Salary and benefits:
20K+/month

Requirements:
- Major in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology related; Bachelor’s Degree is required; musical talents are preferred.
-TEFL/TESOL certificate 120 hours or above preferred
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
-At least 3 year-experience in teaching preschool children; 1 year-experience as lead teacher in international school or bilingual school.
