Salary: 20000-30000rmb per month.
Requirements
1. BS degree in related field
2. Familiarity with primary English teaching, teaching English as a foreign language
3. Native English speaker from the USA, the UK, or Australia
4. Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
5. Critical thinking skills with an eye for detail
6. Prioritizing and multitasking
7. A strong team player with good communication skills

1. Fluency in Mandarin
2. K12 teaching experience

The Teaching and Research department is responsible for the planning, editing and the issuing of our online lessons. Thus, to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, the manager will:
1. Create engaging online course content (videos, songs, exercises)
2. Set learning objectives for each course/lesson
3. Assist with the coordination of the online or print publishing cycle and help to manage content areas
4. Give instructions and advice to our teachers in order to help them achieve our desired teaching goals
5. Cooperate and liaise with the IT Development to improve and perfect our teaching apps and uploading system.
6. Cooperate and liaise with our Design Department to create attractive teaching materials
7. Review materials prior to publication and check content for accuracy and errors
