Beijing FT Job. Teacher Trainer for a NYSE listed company
Location: Zhongguancun Street, Haidian, Beijing
Responsibilities:
• Develop the training and assess system for the teachers who teach 3-6 years old children.
• Make the teaching plan based on the curriculum provided by the school.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements:
NATIVE English speakers only
Bachelor’s degree
AT LEAST 2 YEARS experience with kids from 3 to 6 years old, (particularly with reading)
Experience in teacher training preferred, knowing how to set up a training system
Able to work for at least one year
Work time: Weekdays. 40 office hours a week
Monthly Salary : 20,000-30,000 CNY

7 days paid annual leave plus 11 public holidays
