Salary – 15,000-24,000RMB/month (pre-tax)
Contract Length – 12 months
Work Schedule – Weekdays 11:00-20:00 / Weekends:
9:00-18:00 (1 hour lunchbreaks)
Working Hours – 40 hours/week (2 days off on weekdays)
Teaching Hours – Up to 24 hours/week
Arrival Support – Airport pick-up
Flight Reimbursement – Up to 8,000RMB for return ticket to home country
Visa – Work Permit, Residence Permit and medical check-up fees assistance and reimbursement
Accommodation Support – 1200 RMB hotel reimbursement after 2 months’ probation; 10,000 RMB start-up loan for accommodation
Insurance – Health and accident insurance after probation
Bonus – Discretional bonus based on annual performance
Paid Leave – National holidays/11+ days annual leave
Sick Leave – 3 days’ full-paid sick leave/7 days’ half-paid sick leave
Training – Orientation & pre-job training, on-going academic training, support and appraisals
Qualifications and Requirements:
Have a passport from UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa. (Visa requirement)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education preferred)
TEFL/TESOL 100+ hours certification minimum (CELTA/DELTA/PGCE/QTS preferred)
Teaching experience preferred, but candidates with no experience can be accepted
Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities
Must be able to obtain a cleared background check
Terms of Employment:
To be offered employment, candidates must commit to 12 months of excellent service to our students.
