3. Responsibilities:
●Deliver high quality literature and writing classes to elementary students
●Encourage, facilitate and participate in the professional development of teachers and library coaches
●Regularly observe teachers, library coaches, according to Elan handbook
●Train and induct teachers and library coaches in operational procedures and Elan company products
●Work with the CM, teachers and library coaches to constantly improve the academic quality of the center
4. Requirements:
English Native speaker(to meet the visa requirement)
TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification
Bachelor's degree or above
Over 3 years teaching experience
Management experience is a strong asset
5. Benefit:
Basic Salary: (22000-25000 RMB), based on education background and teaching experience
