2. Ideal Candidate
We are looking for people who enjoy a good conversation, and can communicate well with both children and adults. The main prerequisite for this position is for teachers to enjoy their time teaching, and be animated and engaging with their students, while guiding them through the lesson material. We hope you are:
1) Native speaker;
2) Out-going, friendly and self-motivated;
3) Happy to teach a mix of children, adults, 1-on-1 and group classes.
3. Responsibilities
1）Perform offline and online classes;
2）Be able to travel (occasionally);
3）Attend academic and marketing events hosted by the company;
4）Be able to perform western teacher’s academic training when not performing Demos;
5）Substitute classes when necessary;
We've looking for both full-time and part-time teachers.
