Job Description:
• Teach English to children aged 4-12 in small groups (6~8 children in 1 class).
• Prepare class according to lesson plans.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet every child’s individual learning need.
Work Time:
4 consecutive days which includes Saturday and Sunday(3 consecutive days off on weekdays)
20-22 LESSONS/WEEK, 60mins/lesson. normally from 4:00PM-8:40PM on weekdays and from 9:00AM-6:40PM at weekends.
Payment:
• 17-22K/M after tax. Based on qualification and teaching time.
• Paid winter and summer holiday
2000RMB for the performance bonus
Holiday:
Winter holidays(14 days);Summer holidays(10 days)by the end of August; Christmas holidays(2 days). Plus 7 days Government holidays
Teacher Training:
We provide teacher training 4-8 times for the first semester on the office hours
Team building:
Great Wall Trip; BBQ Trip; Christmas Party, and so on.
Chinese Lesson:
We provide free Chinese class once a week.
Sick & personal leave:
3 paid days
Qualifications:
• Native English teachers from US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience of teaching young children.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
Work Place:
• Liudaokou Center: Xuezhixuan Mansion, Xueqinglu Rd (north to China Agricultural University east campus).
