About the client:

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the tenant's overall leasing work,negotiate leasing business,manage, coordinate, guide and supervise the contract work.
2.Find and introduce the appropriate business to the project.
3.Conduct market research and business planning.
4.Assist the director to develop and implement the leasing strategy.
5.Lead and organize subordinates to complete the leasing target.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 3 years in retail leasing or business consulting .
3.Fluent in spoken and written English,foreigners are preferred.
4.Have the necessary professional qualification for the job requirement.

1.base 12000/month
