With over 11 million users around the world, the arising startup company, is looking for a Content Operations Manager to join our Operations team. This person will report to the Head of Operations and will be fully responsible for content recommendation within the app. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has profound knowledge about podcast and with great interests in Internet.
What You’ll Do：
1 Set up content recommendation strategies to expose eye-catching contents to our audiences more easily on our platform
2 Create effective projects to increase content subscription rates and other relevant metrics
3 Track and analyze relevant content data, and work with product team to keep improving our users’ content consuming experience based on your analysis
4 Specify content quality standards and eliminate inappropriate or illegal contents on our platform
5 Collaborate with Business Development team to acquire high quality content and enable our partners to achieve their goals as well
6 Work with product team to optimize app’s content consuming experience
7 Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team
What You’ll Need：
1 Bachelor’s degree in related fields is required
2 2-3 years working experience in mobile internet. Experience with social or video or music apps would be highly desired
3 In-depth knowledge about podcast in the United States and other English speaking countries
4 Excellent English copywriting skills and good tastes of pictures. Can create work that quickly catch people’s attention in the age of glance. Native speaker would be a plus
5 Ability to foster an environment for cross-departmental collaboration.
6 Results-driven and good at data analysis
7 Agile and able to adapt quickly multitask when working in high growth business a fast-paced and dynamic environment
8 Good knowledge of podcast would be a plus
9 Sense of humor is a MUST
10 Sense of urgency is a MUST
