Age: 35 to 50 years old
Degree：Bachelor Degree or Higher is preferred
Background: Must have preschool education background or child-education specialist
Certificate: TESOL /TEFL/CELTA certificate is preferred
Experience: Minimum five years management experiences in international or bilingual school
Administrative Leadership
Management of school within the spirit of the school’s Mission and Vision statement
Undertaking the professional appraisal of all teachers following the agreed school-wide policy laid down by the Principal and HR.
Advising the Principal on School staffing, budgetary and facility needs
Recruiting teachers in close collaboration with the Chinese director
Undertaking the provision of all teaching materials necessary for the teachers, in their teaching.
Meeting regularly with teaching staff and involving them directly in aspects of curriculum design, curriculum review, and behavioural expectations of students.
Implementing a process of reporting regularly to parents on student academic and social development.
Representing the school at educational conferences
Appraisals, Work Reviews and feedback for improvement to teachers and management
Supporting Admission Procedures of the school
Has the rich teaching resources or related resources in the home country and his/her own channels to connect with foreign well-known school/ preschools/experts
Can understand and accept the preschool education mode under China's national conditions, Respect the organizational structure of the group and the department
logical problem solving capability
Salary: 40k to 50k monthly
