Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire workflow of the project
- Lead your team consisting of 10-20 Judges
- Use databases to monitor results
- Analyze and solve any problems which may occur
- Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Managers
- Assist HR to recruit team members
Qualifications
- Native Portuguese speaker (candidates from Brazil preferred)
- Excellent working proficiency in English
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- At least two years of work experience, IT background highly valued
- Strong leadership qualities
- Bachelor degree
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Familiar with MS Office
- Responsible and strong under pressure
- Interest in IT solutions, IT and Web literate
- Professional manner and presentation
