Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research, build strong relationship with potential/existing business partners, and improve brand value and establish brand image;
2. Maintain long-lasting relationships with business partners to explore potential clients for company projects, and sign contracts with clients on behalf of management;
3. Input contract housing information into database and update the database and housing status daily;
4. Provide the latest market information to business partners, deeply explore partners’ needs, and expand existing/potential business;
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all the projects are on the rails.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, study abroad is preferred;
2. Work experience in real estate abroad is preferred
3. Good English language skills
4. Strong business acumen, keeping track of market events and trends;
5. Excellent interpersonal communication and business negotiation skills;
6. Be positive, patient and detail-oriented
7. Willing to work overseas for a long/short term;
8. Welcome foreigners to join us.
