In our community, people can upload their own text or comics of any theme, language, and length. What makes us unique is that the community can then translate those novels and comics into other languages, be it their mother tongue or a second language. The Content Operation Manager will help grow our online translation community for comic and novel lovers,
Responsibilities
1.Gather, execute of users’ demands and plans, analyze users’ behaviors and develop proposals for product improvement.
2.Classify the users, analyze and mine the potential and key users, improve their satisfaction, maintain the relationship between users and our product.
3.Develop the scale of users, improve adhesiveness and values of users.
4.Make proposals to stimulate different kinds of users, improve the retention rate and keep the community lively.
5.Make proposals for online and offline activities, carry out with your team.
6.Respond the feedback of users, assure the problems will be solved effectively.
Key Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Familiar with the Internet field, product development, management and operation processes
3.Strong data analysis ability and execution ability.
4.Excellent systemic thinking communication skill, business and data analysis skill.
5.Familiar with webcomic or webnovel, having an experience of translating a webcomic or webnovel is preferable.
