Responsibilities:
1. Manage the content creation for the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, and others.
主导产品Facebook、Twitter等社交平台的内容撰写和录制;
2. Collect social media data and analyze it on a regular basis for new ways to help improve content and overall strategy.
通过社交媒体数据进行定期总结、调整和制定更合适的内容发布、互动策略;
3. Monitor the industry, trends in the market, and changes in competitor’s strategy that can be used to improve company operations.
了解行业动向,及时准确的研究监控分析竞争对手运营动态,并针对性的制定策略;
4. Compose English correspondence and other copy that is used to communicate with users and partners.
撰写英文文案,与用户和合作伙伴进行沟通;
5. Promote the company’s products and services by jointly working with the product team to optimize the user experience and increase exposure through word of mouth.
与产品团队共同推动服务和体验优化,提升用户口碑;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, familiar with European/American culture, experience in (overseas) product operations is preferred.
本科及以上学历,对于欧美文化比较了解,有海外产品运营相关经验者优先;
2. Strong communicator and able to build relationships with users, product managers, and others.
沟通能力强,能和用户,产品经理及其他相关人员建立良好的沟通关系;
3. Proficient in English – both spoken and written, able to communicate with overseas users and partners.
熟练英文口语和写作能力,能与海外用户和合作伙伴正常沟通;
4. Familiar with social media including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc., enjoys analyzing data and has the ability to spot changes in user’s habits and behavior to help increase brand stickiness.
熟悉Facebook、Twitter、Youtube等海外社交新媒体,并善于挖掘和分析粉丝人群的使用习惯、情感及体验感受,增加粉丝粘性;
