Salary package:
1. Salary range: 16,000 -18,000 RMB monthly
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 4,000 RMB;
b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1000-2000 RMB;
c. Full attendance bonus: 300 RMB;
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance:2000-3000RMB or provided apartment
b. Mobile phone charge allowance: 50RMB;
c. Travel allowance: 2,000 RMB on the completion of 7-month contract with being one time paid;
