1. Professional Native English teacher;
2. Bachleor degree (English, education and linguistics majors are prefered);
3. At least one year teaching experience for students over 25 years old;
4. Being able to deliver well planned and effective lesson to students from different proficiency levels;
5. Strong organization and communication skills, initiative, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
6. The ability to adapt your teaching style to suit your students;
7. Creativity to plan lessons that are both practical and enjoyable.
