We operate The Brickyard boutique hotel opened in 2010 that comprises 25 rooms, 10 vacation rental homes, spa, spacious grounds, restaurant and banqueting facilities, and meeting venues.
The Schoolhouse also owns the noodle shop Xiaolumian and an agricultural products development company.
We are looking urgently for someone who could lead the Font of the House Team in all the Restaurants based at the brickyard or other operated Restaurant in the Beigou village.
• Total control of the front of house operation.
• Professional and able to work independently.
• Maintenance and up keep of all the front of house equipment, restaurant area and Work spaces.
• Maintain High standards of hygiene in the restaurant.
• Coordinate weekly schedule, Train, inspect and work professionally with the Local Staff including front of the House.
• Help in developing new menu items based on local and seasonal ingredients with chef
• Help host Schoolhouse or other venues at peak times or for important functions.
• Assist, Host and lead as required on other events and activities.
And Job requirements
• Previous Restaurant manager experience
• English knowledge
• Computer literate
