Job Responsibilities:
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and growing their product’s brand and market presence, managing social media activity and planning and executing events and strategic partnerships.
As part of their job, the Brand Manager plans the social media campaigns and events for their products and sets goals with the manager, executes that plan, and also designs all branded gifts for the events.
Finally, the Brand Manager works as a point-person who collects ideas for in-house brands, collates them, and works with Production to see them executed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of solid marketing experience (preferably in media and/or events), with at least one year managing a team of two or more direct reports.
- Experience conceptualizing creative marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with Chinese and foreign customer bases.
- Client management and sales experience.
- An extroverted personality that finds you spending a lot of time socializing.
- An active digital social media presence, both personal and professional.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience in managing budgets (project, program and/or department).
- Fluency in English and ease in Mandarin (or vice versa).
