Working as a middle man, the company provides public schools across China with teachers based in America and the UK.
The Beijing office finds these staff, trains them to use it's online platform and monitors their classes to make sure they maintain standards inside the schools.
The company is looking for passionate staff who have experience teaching and would like a position where their main focus is training and curriculum development.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum development (creating fun engaging classes for students in an online environment)
Observing classes using our online software to make sure they teach content and conduct their classes correctly
Training overseas teachers on how to teach students
Providing tech/teaching support to overseas teachers using wechat and forums
Teaching 10hours per week of online classes which allows the applicant to get a feel of the classes and want we want need from our lessons
Benefits:
12-15k per month after tax

Requirements:
Teaching experience offline or online
Strong grasp of English
Able to commit to a 1 year contract
Able to work Monday-Friday
The company has offices in China and America, previous staff have returned home and become remote staff working from their homes whilst others have remained in Beijing and taken on admin/managerial roles.
