We have a critical mass of customers in the telecommunication industry, global retailers and cities, located all over the world, and the newly added markets in the east. We have significant strategic partners who are helping to fuel our growth, and we are expanding our sales and account management teams to support our growth.
About You:
We are looking for a sales support person to help scale our outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally to take on a variety of tasks and deliver high quality results on time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads by calling / emailing contacts obtained from industry databases, trade show attendee lists, incoming website inquiries, and other sales lead sources.
Assist sales reps in updating contact information in our CRM system, and assist in maintaining the Sales Pipeline based on input from sales reps.
Prepare sales proposal documents with input and support from sales reps.
Prepare service orders with input and support from finance.
Trade Show coordination:
Maintain trade show schedule, and ensure all trade show attendee registrations and booth reservations are timely and complete.
Ensure that all required show collateral and materials are complete and up to date.
Coordinate shipment of booth and collateral to trade show locations in a timely fashion.
Post-show, ensure that sales leads are entered into CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree with 1 to 2 years experience related to the duties specified.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Power point, as well as Gmail and Google docs.
