Main Responsibilities:
- Managing G2S’s relationship with customers, vendors, contractors and other parties, by acting as the central point of contact
- Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects
- Performing quality assurance and risk management
- Project budget and scheduling estimation and management
- Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients
- Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress
Skills needed:
- At least two years experience in a project management role
- Understanding of creative fields, especially graphic design, website development, video production, photography and event management
- Great contacts in the business and artistic communities
- Excellent presentation, communication, flexibility and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, proactive attitude
- Confident, reliable, aggressive, self-initiated and result-oriented
- Well-organized, pay attention to details
- Fluent in Chinese and English
