□ Plans, delegates, and executes the brand publications including the monthly magazine, annual guides, a vibrant weibo/wechat/website through successful management.
□ Plans and hosts monthly planning meetings, issue debriefs with Editorial and Production Department.
□ Completes a final check of all editorial material before sending it to print.
□ Works with Editorial, Sales, Marketing and Senior Executives to refine the brand’s positioning.
□ Manages the editorial team, freelancers, writers, and interns to ensure a positive and efficient work environment where all members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines. Hires and trains editorial staff.
□ Represents the brand to attend events with important clients and communities and acts as an influential person in the parent community.
Manages the jingkids board committee and conducts the monthly board meeting.
Qualifications：
-Education background preferred journalism
-Native Chinese speaker with above-average English reading, speaking and listening comprehension skills.
- Demonstrated writing and editing experience.
-At least 5 years of publishing experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in editorial and managerial role with direct reports.
- Experience working with children a definite plus.
- Commitment to and passion for the city of Beijing.
- Parents are definitely preferred!
