According to the target market, develop the strategy and branding plans, build and manage all the new media platform content (including WeChat, weibo, own platform). Develop this strategy with clear orientation and objectives, control the implementation.
Evaluate company’s market position, create marketing plans and continue developing the new media platform in order to achieve the new media platform marketing business goals;
Analysis of the industry needs and interests, based on the demand, lead the team to complete the adjustment of the new media platform content. Responsible for all the company digital marketing projects and operations for promotions in land.
Digital media on the choice, measure the effectiveness of the analysis, measure the effect on real-time adjustment on the strategy, etc.
Social CRM platform establishment and management, accurately evaluate customer’s demand and requirements.
Expand cooperation to other new media platforms and new media cooperation platforms, expand brand marketing channels;
Manage the new media operation team though daily work and team building;
Cooperate in any other way of promoting the company, as well as leadership temporary assignments.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Journalism, Chinese, marketing or related field.
More than 5 years’ operation management experience in networking, media and other new media industries. Internet or education industry strongly preferred.
Familiar with new media marketing campaigns, in all kinds of websites that promote company products, be involved in WeChat, understand WeChat users’ needs
Must have strong writing and editing skills. Include but not limited to create visual content (pictures and text editing), the ability of make independent proposals, organization and planning skills.
Enthusiastic about marketing and work, self-motivated and confident.
