Responsibilities:
1- Direct the recruitment, employment, and coordinate HR affairs of foreign employees.
2- Responsible for evaluating and assessing employee qualification and performance
3- Responsible for solving labor disputes and associated legal issue
4- Enforce and monitor the execution of non-disclosure/confidential regulation.
5- Finish the assigned task on time.

Qualification:
1- English native speaker or from English speaking countries preferred, Chinese born in US/Canada/Australia or European countries are welcomed.
2- Minimum 3 years of experience of recruitment or performance management/employee evaluation is a must.
3- Related experience in media industry required.
4- With strong sense of responsibility, mature, organized and hold on principle.
5- Good human relations ability, be professional in handling interpersonal relationship.
6- Good knowledge of the Country labor law/regulations and local HR practices and policies.
7- Loyalty with commitment to the job, keep company confidential information.
8- Ideal candidate who’s living in Beijing or China will be top priority considered.
