As the Social Media Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing relationships with our global teacher community. You will ensure that UStalk maintains a constant presence on all major social media platforms. You will create and curate materials of value to our community and distribute them through appropriate channels. You will use your understanding of Search Engine Optimization to drive traffic to our various social media outlets. Through your presence and engagement, you will establish an image of UStalk as a company dedicated to its teachers’ development as educators and as people.
Required Qualifications:
• In-depth familiarity with all major social media platforms in the US and Canada
• Native-level written English language proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization techniques
• Proven record of successful social media management (personal or professional)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design
• 1+ years of experience in web design
• 1+ years of experience in professional social media management
• Knowledge of TEFL, elementary education, and/or online education
