The successful candidate will work personally with International Marketing Manager to assist in all Social Media campaigns. Experience in social media management is a must. However, you must also be open to learn targeted growth hacking tactics from the International Marketing Manager and implement strategies acquired from years in the field.
This position will require a candidate who is extremely outgoing and high-energy, as we have many campaigns to run and--like most finance companies--work in an extremely fast-paced and demanding manner.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the brand consistently across social media channels and financial forums
- Use targeted outreach and growth hacking tactics to increase follower and fan audience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
- Work with our financial analyst copywriters to schedule content and work with the designer to come up with relevant content for each social media channel
- Increase reach and engagement for all branded content
- Analyzing the results with Google Analytics, while providing the entire digital marketing team with weekly reports on the results
- Monitoring the internet to uphold sentiment for the integrity of the brand
- Developing relationships with industry experts to enhance our brand's reach
Experience:
- 2 years of experience at an ad agency, media network, or in-house for a business with a strong online presence
- Collaboration with digital marketing teams and internal or external resources to devise promotional and editorial strategies (including an editorial calendar) for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Executing and optimizing social campaigns based on data driven decisions
- Leveraging social media management SaaS such as Buffer, HootSuite
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business a plus
- Excellent writing, editing, copywriting skills are required
- Perfect English required
- Basic Mandarin a plus
- Can work under tight deadlines
- Eligible to work in Beijing full-time
