- Good understanding of requirements, be able to translate requirements into visualized wireframe & interaction flow, it would be great if can independently complete the product interaction design.
- Create UI flow and related design specification, and maintain the spec. Consistently improve the design.
- Work closely with product management team, Implementation team, and other design team members, process design problems and come up with effective solutions.
- Solve problems during product development.
- Help visual design if need.

- Good team player and strong responsibility.
- Do UI design based on target users’ perspective & scenarios, to provide good product with great user experience.
- Good understanding of requirements, and Strong logic thinking.
- Focus on every details.
- Understand user needs and intention of user behavior.
- Good ability to problem solving.
- Willing to learn from other voices, and improve design accordingly.
- Excellent skill of Interaction design tools.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of major platforms UX Guidelines.
- Knowledge of the apps development process.
- Knowledge of visual design.
- Good English skill is a very big plus.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in UI design domain.
