Kaiwen Sports Club is a G1-G12 international private school. Kaiwen Sports Club is seeking a lively and well-organized assistant coach to play a vital role in the development of Tennis coaching program. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with coaching staff to effectively administrate the club’s junior coaching program in Beijing Kaiwen Sijiqing Campus.
Ideal candidates should be responsible, able to work to deadlines and have a keen eye for detail. Customer service experience is desirable, and familiarity with Microsoft Office packages is required. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English) are also essential. Experience of working with children and/or Tennis coaching experience is advantageous; enthusiasm and a passion for sports and learning is a must!
Responsibilities
Effectively administering the club’s junior tennis coaching program
Answering customer Email/telephone enquiries and liaising with parents and relevant organizations.
Maintaining accurate and timely course records and documentation.
Working with the club’s leading coaching staff to deliver coaching sessions at venues across Beijing.
Reporting feedback to management.
Assisting in the promotion of the club’s activities, events and coaching program
Attending special club events and activities as required.
Requirements
A desire and commitment to being part of the club’s growing range of junior sports products and services in Beijing.
College degree or above(Major in Sports Studies is preferred).
Excellent spoken and written English skills. Knowledge of other skills is advantageous.
Good organization skills, and the ability to follow procedures, with a keen eye for detail.
A tennis coaching qualification and/or experience is advantageous
Experience of working with children is preferred
Outgoing, friendly and approachable
Applicants with computer skills are preferred (MS Office).
