The main responsibilities are:
- Marketing & Sales planning: Assist managers in building and developing brand identity, increase visibility and awareness of the products. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans for specific brands;
- Events: participate and organize events with the support of the brand managers and design team. Activate brands within events and ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Reporting and summarize: Provides timely feedback and reports to senior management regarding performance and budget guidelines.
- Market: Keep track on products and competitors products on market. Follow-up with trade visits and field check for off and on trade market.
The main requirements are:
- Fluent level of Chinese
- Good written and oral communication skills in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge in sales, business and /or marketing;
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment ;
