Job description:
The kindergarten is located in Tongzhou area.
1- Teaching kids age 2-6 years old, not more than 20 kids in one class
2- Classroom arrangement and creating an harmonious environment for and with the kids and the assistant teachers concentrating on teaching work
3- Engage in marketing promotion activities when needed.
4- Research and develop education courses with the teaching director.
5- Ongoing communication with kindergarten staff, parents and kids.
6- Salary: 12k-15k or higher depending on teachers' experiences and qualifications.
Teacher's requirements & Required documents:
1- Native English speakers from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland or New Zealand. Experienced Europeans are considered too.
2- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or above (it would be better if it's related to early childhood education or any other major related to education)
3- Good personality and attitude at work and life, active and energetic, loving kids and people in general.
4- Strong sense of responsibility, patient with a good sense of humor and creative.
5- Able to work well and follow the school's planning, self-motivated, goal oriented.
6- No criminal records or bad hobbies.
7- Any certificates like TESOL, TESL, TEFL would be appreciated.
8- If the teacher has any knowledge in some different education systems it would be a strong plus and a career growing possibility.
