We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to manage our sales and marketing team. The BD Manager will be responsible for managing all sales channels, as well as events, advertising, promotions, partnerships, and other marketing activities. This position requires monthly trips to other cities within China with a monthly travel stipend. BD Manager will manage a team of three sales and marketing staff in Beijing and assist COO in managing Shanghai sales office. Pay will include base salary plus commission.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Minimum 1 year work experience in China
- Previous management experience
- Conversational Chinese
- Previous sales and/or retail experience
- Ability to independently manage schedule and workload
- Extensive knowledge of China's hospitality and/or F&B market
-Willingness to travel monthly
- Prior knowledge of bee keeping, coffee culture, or organic farming a plus
