Responsibilities
- Fully understand the design goals for the given project
- Working with developers to define design goals and features
- Working with developers to ensure design requirements are met and quality is maintained
- Creating and iterating game mechanics to achieve design goals
- Data and Content entry
- Analyzing game metrics and making design decisions based on them
Qualifications
- Able to comfortably communicate in English (written/oral);
- At least 2 years working in the game industry ;
- Smart, able to work under pressure and changing conditions ;
- All round knowledge of game development
- Up to date with game standards and innovation in the industry ;
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written communications ;
- Understanding of statistics and mathematics;
- Must be passionate about games and design ;
- Able to use Excel, Visio and Word.
Bonus Qualifications
- Art skills are a plus;
- Creative writing ability is a plus;
- Programming knowledge is a plus;
- A varied knowledge in many subjects is a plus;
- Thinking outside the box is a plus.
