You can make amazing cappuccino and espresso? Your cocktails are to die for? Then you might be the person we are looking for!
The job purpose for this position is to take care of the bar, prepare drinks and cocktails and apply sanitation standards.
Duties:
- Take care of the preparation of the drinks mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
- Able to operate coffee machines and have experience in the preparation of different kinds of coffee
- Maintain neat and clean bar area.
- Preparing, restocking and taking care of the bar.
- Be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the bar and the restaurant management team.
Requirements:
- Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines and other bar equipment
- Professional and polite at all times, friendly and helpful to all customers and team members
- Multi-cultural work experience
- Fluent in English (Chinese language proficiency not required)
- Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines
