Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy ensuring alignment to the overall business plan for business growth and profitability
Formulate and implement business and operational plans aligned to the sales and marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Demonstrate the ability to leverage internal and external resources to better understand local industry and typical industry practice.
Develops the market, maintain customers, achieve sales target
Creating and implementing customized development strategies
Conduct research and suggest, implement and apply new strategies
Cooperation with Locals authority, Research Centre
Help to integrate the people and business into the parent company
Person Specification
7-8 years working experience
Understand Chinese culture, conversational mandarin is preferred but not essential
Understand local industrial regulation
People with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
Strong, successful strategy plan, ideally in fertilizer or agriculture products
With a hands on attitude
A valid Driving License and a good driving record.
Proficiency in English and Chinese would be highly desirable (but not essential)
