Mindwalk is looking for programming superheroes!. If you are someone who enjoys being given “puzzles” to solve, who can iterate on tools and ideas quickly, and learn from mistakes and press on, then this may be the job for you! You must have a strong understanding of programming logic, and a drive to find creative solutions to problems. Proficiency in at least one major programming language is a must, but the successful candidate will be willing and able to learn others. Industry knowledge is not required although preferred; we will teach you! Proficient software knowledge is a definite plus.
A tools programmer at Mindwalk has one main goal:
Investigate programs and pipelines to discover or develop methods to improve efficiency through the creation of tools, then program those tools, thereby empowering artists and other team members, helping them work more effectively, smoothly, and happily.
