1.Oversee and manage the content review process, ensuring acceptable quality for broadcast shows.
2.Provide advice on content production, business strategy, and media development, as well as the filtering process for programs.
3.Assist development of TV promos, both planning and production.
4.Manage the daily operations and resources of the Editorial Department.
5.Develop and lead implementation of improved content review policies as well as other regulations and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above; TV media or relevant major .
2. Age between 32-50; native English speaker or Chinese with extensive experience living and working in English countries
3. Three or more years experience in a chief editorial position; similar work experience at a television station is preferred.
4. Ability to quickly and effectively analyze hot issues and content, then provide salient advice on all aspects of video production.
5. Well-informed about television presentation styles, new media programs, and the assorted video formats. Also, be familiar with the history and trajectory of the video industry.
6. Strong communication skills, proactive work ethic, and quick understanding of production projects.
7. Fast learner with a focus on the media industry.
8. Preference will be given to those who have experience in leading a team.
