| Art+ 798 International Art Education Centre (year-round) and 798 International C...Art+ 798 International Art Education Centre (year-round) and 798 International Children’s Art Festival (1-5 October 2016) is looking for artists to participate in a variety of interactive installations, arts workshops and performances for children and their families.
We offer:
• Daily fee
• Great media exposure of your work with 798 ICAF (TV, radio, online & in print)
• Regular access to other related funded artist opportunities for exhibitions, regular (paid) workshop teaching, installation projects, design / illustration projects, increased media coverage of your work
All types of artists welcome to apply. Right now, we’re particularly interested to hear from:
• Interactive Installation Artists - capable of running large-scale interactive installations with children and their families using primarily recycled materials
• Installation Artists - who’d like to realise a project of their own in one of our festival artist installation spaces
• All kinds of performance artists – musicians, singers, dancers, circus and drama practitioners: To be part of our performance programme at 798 ICAF this October and/or run workshops in our children’s arts centre in 798 arts district
• Artists and Designers - who’d like to promote and sell their own products (for children and families) at our 798 ICAF festival
• Artists and Educators - who can lead a variety of quick, fun art & crafts activities and experiments
• Mural artists
