Job responsibility:
1.To provide legal support to our project companies in real estate industry on various types of legal matters.
2.To provide legal support on foreign invested projects as well as general corporate matters.
3.To review contracts, preparing standard contracts and advising management on legal implications of contracts.
4.To provide legal advice to our departments regarding some issues on a daily basis.
5.To liaise with authorities and government offices with regard to legal and contractual matters.
6.To ensure the company, its partners’ agreements are in compliance with the company's Legal Compliance and Ethics
7.To respond in a timely manner to the request for any of the legal documents for other departments
8.To assist the daily work of management
Key Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree (or above degree) in Laws
2.Native English Speaker with good command of spoken and written Chinese
3.5years or above Lawyer qualification & working experience. Experiences in Real Estate Company will be preferred
4.Strong communication and negotiation competencies & Team cooperation spirit
5.Capable of working independently, Be able to manage multiple tasks, working with various people, including oversea employees, local managers and staff, government officers and business people
