You will have a strong entrepreneur spirit, a great ability to build and take on projects that help solve client challenges independently, and love meeting people and building a network. You will work closely with the company's founder, working in sync to build Influence Matters as a premier PR services firm for B2B tech companies.
Your responsibilities will include developing and managing creative campaigns for international tech companies in China covering owned, earned and paid media and social media. You will help identify new business leads and develop proposals, and help market the agency through regular networking. You will manage and groom junior staff to support on client and new business work. This position requires a Chinese talent with very good English and 5 years of experience in a PR role.

Your responsibilities will include:
Client service:
• Handle several technology clients on a day-to-day basis, both Chinese and foreign, ensuring consistency of service across all projects
• Develop comprehensive communication strategies for media, social media and event campaigns supporting the clients’ goals
• Build and manage client relationship, execute campaigns independently
• Manage account teams and groom junior staff
• Ensure a high level of client services and develop high quality deliverables, setting standards of excellence for the agency
Agency development:
• Develop lead generation programs, lead and develop new business proposals
• Proactively identify business growth areas for existing clients
• Develop industry, media, influencers, partners, vendors and leads relationships to promote the agency through research and networking, coach junior staff’s relationships building skills
• Support the Managing Director to identify, interview and recruit junior talent
These are the qualifications we are looking for:
• 4-6 years’ experience in PR or marketing agency
• Strong experience managing projects independently, developing strategies, tracking quality of deliverables, budgets and time
• A strong will to learn by doing, finding solutions to challenges independently
• An entrepreneur spirit, able to confidently take charge of projects
• A creative mind, able to come up with ideas that will make clients stand out
• Fluent in English, overseas study experience is a plus
• Excellent Chinese copywriting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
