The English Specialist is an integral member of the teaching team and is responsible for direct implementation and instruction of the Etonkids English Curriculum to their assigned classroom and students (either ages 0-3 or 3-6). The English Specialist plays an essential teaching role that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker or BA/MA in Native English Speaking Country (US,UK,CA,SA,IR,NZ,AUS)
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years in ESL early childhood education experience (preschool preferred)
• will need a letter of 2 experience (volunteer, part-time acceptable if applicant is recent graduate)
• TEFL/TESOL/ELL Certification (preferred)
• 0-3 or 3-6 Montessori Certification (preferred)
Experience:
• Proven experience in the field of preschool or early childhood education.
The Campus Liaison Supervisor (CLS) plays an essential role in managing English Specialists on an individual campus under the guidance of his/her Campus Principal and the Deputy Head of the English Department. The CLS typically serves as member of campus management and as such, provides functional leadership. The CLS generally is responsible for direct academic management, guidance, and support to all English Specialists in his/her designated campus.
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years in ELL early childhood education experience (preschool preferred)
• TEFL/TESOL/ELL Certification
• 0-3 or 3-6 Montessori Certification (preferred)
• 1+ years academic management and leadership experience
• Bilingual ability in both English and Chinese (preferred).
Experience
• Proven experience in the implementation of different ELL curricula.
The International Kindergarten Principal plays an essential role in managing and smoothly running campus operations and all teachers to ensure they are organized and up-to-date。 The principal will assist keeping records of students’ attendance and annual classroom reports secure and up to date.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Education Administration
• Master’s Degree or above preferred
• At least 2 years of Education Management experience
• Early childhood education experience
• Classroom/teaching experience
• Montessori experience (preferred, but not required)
