Imagine is Beijing's premier outdoor activities organisation, running camps, birthday parties, team-building events and school trips, covering watersports, survival, skiing, sailing, kayaking, bubble football and all kinds of adventures.
As a full time project manager and instructor, you will organise and run many of these activities, according to your strengths. You will also be trained, to gain skills in new areas.
First three months: base salary is 5500rmb/month, plus 200rmb per day of instructing (which is most days). e.g. 9900 total if instructing 22 days.
Second three months: base salary is 8000rmb/month, plus 200rmb per instructing day. Focus shifts more towards project management (more time organising, less days instructing). Plus possible commission on some large projects. Visa options can be discussed.
After six months: Renegotiated for higher-paid, long term contract, with visa.
Please note: You must have real training and experience, teaching either outdoor sports, team-building, camps or similar activities, and fluent (near-native) English, to apply. You must also be committed to Beijing, able to stay for at least six months.
