We want a digital designer with creative flair who also has front end coding ability. Not required to speak Chinese although this would be helpful in understanding the web copy.
This is a rare opportunity to join our Agency on the dawn of some exciting new projects. Our growing agency works with a vast range of clients and is expecting a very busy 2016.
The Role
Work alongside our talented marketing team to design website mockups for clients.
Identify and propose improvements to better enhance the web presence and design process.
Install, configure and customise CMS (i.e., Joomla, WordPress and Drupal) sites
Build good relations around the business and shamelessly wave the design flag.
What you'll need:
A great attitude and drive to meet business goals and exceed expectations in a fast paced, challenging and ever changing environment.
A strong understanding of mobile-first and user-centred design principles
Ability to hand-code standards-based websites using the latest and greatest technologies
A strong portfolio or work samples showcasing your skills
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe application suite.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage key stakeholders.
Solid experience in a related role.
Critical to have:
Photoshop, design skills
InDesign or illustrator skills
Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML5 and JS scripting language.
PHP is a plus
Experience working in an Agile team.
