Duties:
Deliver a set curriculum of English & IELTS classes for Art, Design and Fashion students
Provide students with the skills to develop academic essays
Engage students with creative activities to encourage communication
Check and correct academic essays, homework, personal statements and statements of intent
Keeping track of individual student progress and development
Support students to improve their IELTS levels to meet entrance requirements
Details:
Starting Date: August 15th
Contract details: One year contract, Work visa provided
Work Environment: Spacious academy centrally located at Yonghegong
Vacation: Christmas vacation and Chinese holidays, 4 week summer vacation
Salary: 12000-14000 RMB per month, depending on experience
Working Time: Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 9:00-17:30
Teaching hours: 15h/week
Candidate profile:
Minimum of two years work experience after graduation
Native English speaker only
Age between 25 and 45
TEFL/CELTA
Proficient in IELTS teaching & tutoring
Team player
