Experiences:
3 years or above related working experience, large and medium-sized project design experience
Skills and abilities:
A strong visual tie-in ability, proficient in AutoCAD, and PowerPoint, Photoshop, 3D MAX, and Sketch Up (Illustrator programs is a plus);
Ability to learn, love design work, innovative spirit;
Good communication skills, fluent in English, both oral and written;
Creative and execution, sense of responsibility;
Detail-oriented, diligent, proactive, able to complete assignments with tight deadlines;
Be familiar with LEED is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the company bidding, responsible of the design on agreed brief provided local or international team;
Participate in decoration project design, responsible of the floor plan and of construction drawing design;
Cooperate with the decoration company, assist in confirming the materials;
Responsible of follow-up, supervision of the construction project and of the quality control
