Key Responsibilities:
Ongoing liaison with allied organizations (Australian Consulate-General in Shanghai, State Govt. Offices, CPA Australia, key corporate partners, etc.).
Continued engagement of ACAA’s existing network in the region, and implementing strategies to increase the number of corporate sponsors / members in the region.
Organizing and hosting regular alumni events in the region.
Fostering and working with local working committee and volunteer committee.
Working with existing university partners to engage with their alumni in the region.
Working with corporate partners to provide career advice, job matching to alumni
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor degree or above from an Australian university (highly desired).
Native English speaker for the Beijing position is preferred;
Understanding of the Australian education environment, alumni needs as well as the needs from the business community in the region.
Minimum of 3 years professional work experience.
Demonstrated ability to make strategic plan, work independently and take initiative.
Self motivated and result driven.
experience with a membership-based organization is an advantage
Must be flexible to attend some evening and weekend functions.
