The Academic Department Regional Supervisor plays an essential role in managing the Academic Department Montessori Lead Teachers and other teaching staff in the field under the guidance of the Academic Director. The organization depends on this person's management of multiple Montessori Lead Teachers in the field in their designated region in order to ensure Montessori academic integrity and quality. The Academic Regional Supervisor generally is responsible for direct Montessori academic management, guidance, and support to all Montessori Lead Teachers in his/her designated region.
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or above)
• Minimum 10+ years in ELL early childhood education experience (preschool preferred)
• 0-3 or 3-6 Montessori Certification (AMS or AMI preferred)
• 5+ years academic management and leadership experience
• TEFL/TESOL/ELL Certification
