- Help and guide Chinese students to write essay for overseas education
- Answering questions from students
- Coach students in interview
- Tutoring students writing and reading
- Other tasks arranged by the leader

Requirements:
- Graduated from the top30 of the "National Universities Rankings" or "National Liberal Arts Colleges Rankings" listed on the U.S.News
- Be familiar with studying in American universities
- 26 years old and above
- Responsibility and punctuality
- Sense of team work
- Customer service oriented and willing to learn
